Following receipt of your items you have 14 days to return an item for a full refund or exchange, so long as the item is in perfect condition in the shoes box it arrived in. Worn or washed items or items without their box or the box is damaged will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for covering postage charges when returning items.
